COVID-19 continues to impact all of us, from how people work to how we conduct our daily lives.
Kylie Bleu has taken all the internal measures necessary to strengthen the health and safety of our employees and customers, as well as to ensure our products production and supply adhere to the strict standards of hygiene and health protocols before being delivered to our customers.
We want to reassure our customers that we are maintaining strict clean environment for both our customers and our team members. This is a number one priority for Kylie Bleu in order to mitigate the risk of virus transmission.
Every 28 days, we are maintaining our sanitising and disinfecting practices in our Kylie Bleu boutique shop; this over and above our normal stringent cleaning protocols.
Our Security team, specialising in Covid-19 cleaning solutions, came to our premises to clean all the key touch points and surfaces.
Sanitising and disinfecting
Our team members, customers and contractors have access to sanitizing hand dispensers. We have also implemented temperature testing of anybody entering our boutique shop.
- Records of team members temperatures are kept
- Team members with temperatures of 37.5 degrees or above are sent home for self-quarantine
- Kylie Bleu goods are sanitized in line with the Department of Health guidelines before leaving our premises.
- Collection protocols that promote social distancing are implemented when couriers services collect goods from us
Additionally, to avoid touching products with our hands, we introduced hygiene gloves. Extra attention is paid when cleaning surfaces and objects that are touched by different people, including; working space, payment terminals, counters and door handles
