If I have skin allergies, would essential oils be safe to use?

It is always recommended that people with sensitive skin conditions consult their doctor or dermatologist before applying any oils to the skin. All essential oils are highly concentrated & therefore may cause hypersensitivity.

Are essential oils effective if you use them in a ceramic oil burner or a diffuser?

Yes, diffusers and oil burners are a perfect delivery method for your essential oils. Add a few drops of oils to your diffuser/burner to create a warm, relaxing environment in your home. The fragrant scent will fill the room with the vapour. The vapour is gently picked up by the body, soothing the nervous system and allowing the essential oils to have maximum impact. Diffusers are a perfect delivery method for your essential oils.

Can essential oils be ingested?

We recommend you stick to the promoted methods of delivery on the bottles and avoid ingestion of oils.

How should I store my oils at home?

By storing your oils out of extreme conditions such as direct sunlight they will preserve much better and keep their potency longer.

Are essential oils safe to use during pregnancy?

We advise speaking to your doctor before use as every pregnancy and person is different. In most cases, essential oils are safe to use when pregnant.
