For the Sleep & Relax Roll-On, apply to pulse points such as the temples, back of the neck, and wrists, gently massaging into the skin before bedtime. Reapply as needed to enhance relaxation.

For the Sleep & Relax Massage Oil, massage into the neck, upper back, and chest using circular movements. You can also add the oil to bath water for a deeply relaxing soak.

When using the Sleep & Relax Soak, add 250g of the soak to running bath water and allow it to dissolve completely. Once the bath is ready, climb in and relax while enjoying its calming effects.

For the Calming & Relaxing Shower Steamer, place it on a soap shelf or in an area away from direct water flow in the shower. Let the steam activate the essential oils, breathe deeply, and allow the calming aroma to soothe your senses.
